世界觀很簡單：恆星在死，城市靠人的記憶發電。當你交出一段記憶，城市就亮一點；交得越多，你就越輕，輕到最後會被風帶走。
主角不是英雄，她只是一個被排到爛班表的回收員。但這份工作這一次，派到的名字是她自己的母親。

About this story
Embers of the Star-Core is a story about remembering, and about being remembered.
The premise is simple: the stars are dying, and the city runs on human memory. When you surrender a memory, the city grows a little brighter; the more you give, the lighter you become—light enough that, in the end, the wind will carry you away.
The protagonist is no hero. She is just a reclaimer stuck with a miserable shift rotation. But this time, the name on her assignment is her own mother's.
Slow-burn, leaning literary. If that's not for you, read at your discretion. I'll keep writing it.
